By enrolling in any course at R.G.I.M, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application if required.

2 Nature of Courses

R.G.I.M is a private training institute offering online diploma and certification courses.

• All theory classes are conducted online.
• Course structure, duration, and content may be updated to improve learning outcomes.

3 Student Responsibility

Students are expected to:

• Attend online classes regularly.
• Complete assignments and coursework on time.
• Maintain proper conduct during sessions.
• Avoid misuse of study materials.
• Not share their login credentials with others. R.G.I.M reserves the right to suspend access in case of misuse.

Note: Failure to follow guidelines may lead to suspension or termination of access.

4 Fees & Payments

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Access to classes or materials may be restricted in case of non-payment.
• Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy (mentioned below).

5 Certification

Certificates will be issued only after:

• Successful completion of the course.
• Meeting attendance and performance requirements.

R.G.I.M provides institute-level certification for skill development purposes.

6 Placement Support

R.G.I.M provides placement assistance and career guidance. However:

• Job placement is not guaranteed.
• Opportunities depend on student performance, skills, and market conditions.

7 Intellectual Property

All course materials including videos, notes, and content are the property of R.G.I.M. Students are not allowed to copy, share, or distribute materials without permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

R.G.I.M is not responsible for:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to online services.
• Personal technical problems on the student’s side.
• Job outcomes after course completion.

9 Termination of Access

R.G.I.M reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any student without refund if rules, policies, or code of conduct are violated.

10 Policy Updates

R.G.I.M reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.

1 No Refund After Enrollment

Once a student has enrolled and gained access to the course (including study materials or online classes), fees are non-refundable.

2 Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment made but admission not confirmed by R.G.I.M.

In such cases, the refund request must be raised within 7 days of payment.

3 Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4 Course Cancellation by Institute

If R.G.I.M cancels a course for any reason, students may:

• Choose an alternative course, or
• Request a refund (processed as per policy).

5 Transfer of Fees

In some cases, students may request to transfer fees to another course or batch, subject to approval by R.G.I.M.

6 No Refund for Partial Usage

No refund will be provided if:

• The student has attended classes partially.
• The student discontinues the course midway.
• The student fails to complete the course.
